Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If DPDP Shield does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with DPDP Shield for any reason, simply contact us and we will process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to team@promptly.co.in within 7 days of your purchase date.
Include your name, email address used for the purchase, and the reason for the refund (optional).
We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After the Refund Window

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund. Your license will remain active until its expiry date (one year from purchase).

License Deactivation

Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. The application will revert to the Free tier with 5 compliance checks.
